Apply mask and resize to your liking, Merge Group

Selections - expand, 5 pixels, New Layer, Flood fill with Paper 4

Full tube, resize and place to your liking, Duplicate,
on Original – Guassian Blur 3.0, drop Shadow. On Copy change blend
mode to soft light
