You must have working knowledge of PSP to complete this tutorial.  This tutorial was written using PSPX6

Open new Canvas 600*600

New Layer, resize Paper 10, c/p into your new Image. Apply Mask, Merge Group

Paste Close up of your tube, resize and place to your liking, Apply the Same Mask over it.  Duplicate the Tube.  On Original, Apply Adjust - Blur - Guassian Blur 3.0, change Blend Mode to Luminance (L).  On Copy Change Blend Mode to soft Light

Paste tube, resize and place to your liking, drop shadow

Splatter 2, resize and Place to your liking

Cloud, resize and Place to your liking, drop shadow

Glitter Doodle 1, Resize and Place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Owl, resize and place to your liking, rotate,  Drop Shadow

Blue Tree, resize and place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Moon, resize and place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Light, resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Swirl, resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow
