You must have working knowledge of PSP to complete this tutorial.  This tutorial was written using PSPXII

Open new Canvas 600*600

New Layer, flood fill with Paper 11, Apply mask and resize to your liking, Merge Group

c/p Frame - Wheel, resize and place to your liking,use magic wand, select inside of the frame, selections, expand 5 pixels, new layer, flood fill with Paper 6.

c/p Frames, resize and place to your liking,use magic wand, select inside of the frame, selections, expand 5 pixels, new layer, flood fill with Paper 4.

Paste Close up Tube between Paper 6 and Frame - Wheel.  Select paper layer, select all, float, invert, Delete, Duplicate.  On Original Change to Luminace (L).  On Copy, Gaussian Blur 3.0, change to Soft Light, then apply Xero - Porcelain

Paste Close up Tube between Paper 4 and Frames.  Select paper layer, select all, float, invert, Delete, Duplicate, slid it into the second frame.  Merge together.  Apply Xero Porcelain, and then Xero Radiance, Drop Shadow, Duplicate.  Apply Gaussian blur 5.0 to copy, then set to Screen and drop Opacity to 50%.

Paste full tube, resize and place to your liking, Duplicate.  On Original Apply Gaussian blur 3.0.  On Copy change to Screen and drop Opacity to 80%

Clouds 2, Resize and place, to your liking, drop Shadow

Water 2,resize to your liking, drop shadow

Fence, Resize and Place to your liking, Shadow

Seashell 1, resize and place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Sign 3, resize, Place to your liking, drop shadow

Palm Tree, resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Flip Flops,resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Message in a bottle 1,resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow

Seashells in a bg,resize, place to your liking, Drop Shadow
